2026 DANCE COMPANY SUMMER PROGRAMS - SAVE THE DATES - Registration opens March 1st

BALLET PROGRESSIVE TECHNIQUE 
Choose one or both sessions!  Improve your overall quality of dance by strengthening your ballet technique.  This class will be taught by Marcy Manzi, graduate with a BFA in dance from The Boston Conservatory.

Session 1 - July 14, 15, 16                  Session 2 - July 28, 29, 30
Ages 12 and under 5:00 - 6:30 / Ages 13 and over 6:30 - 8:00  - See more information below
Tuition per session $175.00 (10% off if taking both sessions)

2026/2027 Junior and Senior PRODUCTION ROUTINE - AUG 2ND, 2026 & SEPT 2ND*2026

DSW team members are eligible to sign up for annual Senior Production or the Junior Musical Theater routine. Dancers will be assigned to the appropriate production according to age and ability.

Students will learn a piece of choreography in production format and will compete this routine throughout the season in the Competition Premiere and all competitions entered in the upcoming season. Students must be available on Sunday August 2ND and Wednesday September 2ND. Class times will be decided after registration is closed and rosters have been created. Students who are members of the DSW Dance Company during the 2026-202 season are eligible to register for the annual production routine.  There will be a costume charge for this routine.

COST: $210.00
NOTE*. Other rehearsals will be scheduled throughout the years and we will give plenty of notice for students to plan.
Deadline for Production registration is June 14th

*Students must be available for both rehearsal days. **A 50% deposit will be charged on your account once registration is completed.

SAVE THE DATE!!! 2026 SUMMER INTENSIVE

The studio will assign the camp sessions once registration has been closed. We are excited to announce our Summer Intensive program will be back for its 11th year. Dancers will experience classes in tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, improvisation and more; including a few surprises from amazing guest teachers and staff members.

Dance Studio of Wakefield competition team members ages 6 years and older who register for the full day program will also have the opportunity to sign up for “Add on Choreography.”

This program will give students an amazing advantage to advance their training before heading into the new season. An accurate schedule along with faculty bios will be available once registrations have closed. This program is highly recommended for new and returning competition team members.

*A 50% deposit will be charged on your account once registration is completed.

DATES: August 3rd – 7th / Intensive week will be 5 full days.
TIME: Approximately 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. & 12:00 noon - 5:00 p.m. (full days only)
COST: $425.00 if registered by May 1st. After May 1st the tuition is $450.00*

CHOREOGRAPHY ADD–ON (For Dance Studio of Wakefield students only)

Students will have the opportunity to learn choreography for the 2026/2027 competition season by a member of the Intensive Week Faculty. A detailed choreography schedule will be given out the week before the Intensive Week begins. Dancers must be a minimum of 6 years of age by December 31st and a member of the 2026/2027 Dance Company. Choreography will be taught late afternoons and evenings during the Intensive Week. Students must be available for the scheduled times given to them including Friday August 7th.

* If chosen for multiple pieces a student may decline additional pieces but the studio will determine which pieces will be dropped.

** No refunds will be given for choreography add-on after May 15th, no exceptions. A 50% deposit will be charged on your account once registration is completed.

 CHOREOGRAPHY ADD-ON WILL CLOSE ON MAY 15th to allow time for groupings to be created and choreography created.

COST: $250.00 per routine
