OUR POLICIES

 

Communication -
Communication is very important and we will use email, phone, website and other various forms of social media to keep you well informed. Always feel free to come into the studio or telephone with any questions or concerns.

 

Waiting Room -
We have a large size waiting area and parents are always welcome to stay and wait. There is a TV monitor for viewing all of the classrooms and we do have wifi.

 

Tuition -
Tuition is due the first week of each month and can be paid by cash, check or credit card. We have an autopay system that we encourage every busy family to take advantage of to keep you up to date. There is a $20.00 late fee that may be applied if tuition is more than 10 days past due. Tuition is a monthly fee and based on 29 weeks for the season as well as studio and dress rehearsals.

 

Recital Costumes -
There will be a one time costume fee charged during the month of October. The fee covers the dancers full costume as well as tights. Costumes will not be ordered unless the fee is paid in full by the due date.

 

 

Attendance -
We encourage all dancers to attend class regularly so that the entire class may progress together. We ask that you call the studio if your child will be absent at any time. If your child is sick please keep them home until they are healthy and ready to participate.

 

Snow Days -
Should classes be cancelled due to inclement weather you can call the studio for a recorded message, check our FB and Instagram page and an email will usually go home if there is enough time.

 

Attire -
We love students to be expressive in their dance wear therefore there is not a uniform but we do ask that dancers wear appropriate dancewear to class for their comfort and safety. Dancers must have the appropriate dance shoes for their particular class.

 

Make Up Classes -
We do not offer make-up classes. We feel students entering a different class with a different teacher can be intimidating as well as disruptive to the students in the classroom. If more than 3 classes are missed due to weather or other cancellations we will work to add a class into the season schedule.
